Exchange & Return Policy

At Velamira, your satisfaction is our priority. To ensure a seamless experience, our policy is as follows:

1. Timeframe:

• Requests for exchange or return are accepted within (7) days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for Exchange & Return:

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging including all accessories (gift box, certificates, etc.).

• Non-returnable items: Custom-made orders or items modified at the customer’s request (e.g., resizing or engraving).

• For hygiene reasons, earrings may be subject to restricted return policies unless they have a manufacturing defect.

3. Manufacturing Defects:

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, Velamira will cover all shipping and replacement costs.

4. Refunds & Shipping Fees:

• For returns based on customer preference (change of mind), shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
